Order Cancellation & Changes

Orders are prepared and dispatched quickly. Whether we can cancel or change an order depends on how far it has progressed, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancelling before dispatch

Email [email protected] with your order number and ask us to cancel. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full to the original payment method.

Changing an order before dispatch

If the order has not been dispatched, we can usually change items, quantities, or the shipping address. Email us with your order number and the change you need. Any resulting difference in price or shipping is charged or refunded to the original payment method.

After dispatch

Once an order has left our facility we cannot cancel or change it. If you no longer want the order, you can return it once it arrives under our Returns & Refunds policy. Please do not refuse delivery — refused packages are handled as described in that policy and may not be refunded in full.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be issued, and a further 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post it.

If we cancel your order

If an item becomes unavailable, or we are unable to fulfil an order for any reason, we will contact you and cancel it with a full refund — including any shipping charge.
