Orders and payment

Orders are processed through Stripe Checkout. Prices, availability, shipping options, and order limits may change without notice. An order is not accepted until payment is completed and the order is confirmed.

Shipping

Morren Skin Science currently offers FedEx 2 Day shipping for eligible orders shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by address accuracy, weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control. Processing times, shipping charges, destinations, and our handling of delayed, lost, or damaged packages are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Returns and cancellations

Opened or used skincare and hair serums cannot be returned for hygiene and product-integrity reasons. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery — see our Returns & Refunds policy for eligibility, how to start a return, and how refunds are processed. Orders can be cancelled or changed only before dispatch, as described in Order Cancellation & Changes.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing product ingredients, directions, warnings, and compatibility notes before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep products out of reach of children and store them according to the instructions provided.
